چکیده
Class II methanol masers are signs of massive young stellar objects (MYSOs). Recent findings show that MYSO accretion bursts cause flares these masers. Thus, maser monitoring can be used to identify such bursts. Burst-induced SED changes provide valuable information on a very intense phase high-mass star formation. In mid-January 2019, flare the G358.93-0.03 was reported. ALMA and SMA imaging resolved core forming region proved association with brightest continuum source MM1. However, no significant flux rise (sub)mm dust found. we performed NIR GROND IFU spectroscopy FIFI-LS aboard SOFIA detect possible counterparts sources, compare their photometry archival measurements. The comparison pre-burst burst SEDs is crucial importance judge whether luminosity increase due present if it triggered flare. FIR fluxes MM1 measured exceed those from Herschel significantly, which clearly confirms presence an burst. second epoch data, taken about 16 months later, still increased fluxes. Our RT modeling yielded major parameters suggests features circumstellar disk might transient. From multi-epoch SEDs, conclusions heating cooling time-scales could drawn. Circumstances burst-induced relocation have been explored. verification G358 another confirmation represent alert for events. few events known date already indicate there broad range in strength duration as well environmental characteristics. event shortest least luminous so far.

VLBA Observations and Effelsberg Monitoring of a Flaring Water Maser in Mrk 348
We report on single-dish monitoring as well as extremely high angular resolution observations of the flaring H2O maser in the Seyfert 2 galaxy Mrk 348. The H2O line is redshifted by ∼130 km s −1 with respect to the systemic velocity, is very broad, with a FWHM of 130 km s, and has no detectable high velocity components within 1500 km s on either side of the strong line. متن کاملMid-Infrared observations of GRS 1915+105 during plateau and flaring states
We present mid-infrared (4–18μm) observations of the microquasar GRS 1915+105 obtained with ISOCAM, the camera on board the Infrared Space Observatory (ISO), in 1996 April and 1997 October. The first observation probably occurred during a flaring event with oscillating synchrotron emission. The 1997 observation occurred a few days before a major relativistic ejection, during a plateau state of ...
متن کاملMaser Observations of Planetary Nebulae Precursors
We present OH maser observations at 1612, 1665, 1667, and 1720 MHz for 86 post-asymptotic giant branch (post-AGB) stars selected from a survey of 1612 MHz maser sources in the Galactic Plane. The observations were taken with the Parkes Telescope and the Australia Telescope Compact Array between 2002 September and 2003 August. Post-AGB stars are the precursors to planetary nebulae, the diverse m...
متن کاملMulti-Wavelength Observations of 1ES1959+650 in a Flaring State
In May 2002, the BL Lacertae object (BL Lac), 1ES1959+650, was detected in the Very High Energy (VHE) regime by the VERITAS collaboration using the Whipple γ-ray observatory. During the following two months, the VERITAS collaboration observed episodes of flaring; at times, the nightly average VHE signal was three times as bright as the Crab Nebula, the standard candle in VHE astronomy. 1ES1959+...
